Symptomtext

30-year-old female with no prior cardiac history admitted with 3 weeks of shortness of breath. Symptoms began 2 weeks after receiving second dose of Pfizer Covid vaccination. During hospitalization, diagnosed with new onset pulmonary hypertension and right-sided heart failure. Admitted to ICU, and treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, thoracentesis, and intravenous diuretics.
