My period, after it seemingly skipping completely after having 2 weeks of pms and spotting and it starting to go away, came extremely suddenly a few days after getting the vaccine. It was must more quick and clotty than it even usually is when I pass a fibroid (family has a genetic history of them, this isn't my first time having one). The pain was very intense because it was essentially getting itself over with (heaviest bleeding and symptoms for the first 4 days) twice as fast as it normally would. What would usually be an entire day of more spaced out most acute pain was condensed into a more intense half day of even more acute pain. This happened while I was at work before I even passed the fibroid at home (something I had to do via masturbation, aka making my uterus contract via orgasm, which I could not do at work).
