BOTH administration/doses this man has similar reactions. The first dose, he passed out completely. Both he endured low heart rate in the 30s/40s, low blood pressure systolic on the low 90s, diaphoresis, nausea, pallor. The first dose he had a second episode after recovering from the first after 30 minutes rest.
