Symptomtext
The pain & soreness that many people including myself experience the day after returned about 5 or 6 weeks later after feeling perfectly fine for over a month. Since I first started experiencing the discomfort it has progressively gotten worse - this week especially. I am unable to put much weight on the arm or move it in certain directions. I tried massaging the sore area last night and it seemed to irritate it more. I have been periodically keeping ice on it the past few days. I took some ibuprofen last night to try to ease the pain. as well. The ice packs seem to help a little, but the pain is still there when I move my arm in certain directions.
