Rash; The day after dose 2, it increases dramatically; to the point it looks like bock shot scars all over body below neck. Some spots are scarring; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the parent in response to consumer letter sent via follow-up letter and follow up received from a contactable consumer (patient). A 22-year-old patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), intramuscular, administered in arm, administration date 13Aug2021 16:00 (Lot number: FD8448F) at the age of 22 years as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose 1, single; lot number: FA7484; via intramuscular route in arm; at 16:00), administration date: 23Jul2021, when the patient was 22 years old, for COVID-19 immunization, reaction(s): "Pityriasis Rosea". The following information was reported: RASH (non-serious) with onset 14Aug2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "Rash"; CONDITION AGGRAVATED (non-serious) with onset 14Aug2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "The day after dose 2, it increases dramatically"; RASH MACULAR (non-serious) with onset 14Aug2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "to the point it looks like bock shot scars all over body below neck. Some spots are scarring". Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Additional information: patient received any other vaccine within 4 weeks, prior to the vaccination was reported as none. Patient medical history (including any illness at time of vaccination) reported as none. Not allowed to continue cream. Rash continues to grow exponentially. Clinical course: (with held) had 1 red spot of unknown nature 4 week before dose 1st of Pfizer. Within 2days these spots Increased dramatically. Diagnosed as Pityriasis Rosea. Started to subside in intensity before the week of 2nd dose. The day after dose 2 it increased dramatically in nature to the point it looks like bock shot scars all over body below neck. Some spots are scarring. Not good. It has not started to decrease in intensity at this point in time. Unfortunately, there was fear for any further vaccine. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
