I contracted COVID-19 on 06/13/2022 with symptoms of severe cough, body aches, shortness of breathe, chest tightness, and fatigue. I was prescribed Paxlovid, Prednisone, Promethazine; Ivermectin, and Azithromycin, on 06/13/2022. I was ill for 10 to 14 days before my symptoms began to resolve. I am still experiencing lingering symptoms of fatigue, shortness of breathe, and chest tightness. For the last 3 weeks I have been having IV infusions of vitamins and steroids prescribed by my doctor.

Painful blisters and cracking; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 73-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 18Apr2022 at 14:45 as dose 4 (booster), single (Lot number: 9943) at the age of 73 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "High BP" (unspecified if ongoing); "High BP, Cholesteral" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: OLMESARTAN; LOVASTATIN. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Primary Immunization series complete; unknown manufacturer), for Covid-19 Immunization; Covid-19 vaccine (Booster, unknown manufacturer), for Covid-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: CHAPPED LIPS (non-serious), LIP PAIN (non-serious) all with onset 20Apr2022 at 13:00, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Cold sores on lower lip. Painful blisters and cracking"; LIP BLISTER (non-serious) with onset 20Apr2022 at 13:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "Cold sores on lower lip. Painful blisters and cracking". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of chapped lips, lip pain, lip blister. Additional information: Facility type vaccine was Pharmacy or Drug Store. No other vaccine received in four weeks. Facility where the most recent COVID-19 vaccine was administered was Pharmacy or Drug Store. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Other medications the patient received within 2 weeks of vaccination included Olmesartin, lovastatin. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19; Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. COVID was not prior vaccination. COVID was not tested post vaccination. No Known allergies. Other medical history included High BP and Cholesterol.

Symptomtext

Break through infection on July 5th or shortly before, while attending a birthday party. A number of other people also tested positive about the same time as I did (7/6/2022). Dr. prescribed the Paxlovid treatment, which I completed this morning. Currently feeling fairly good but occasionally coughup some mucus.

An 84-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 11Apr2022 at 14:30 as dose 4 (booster), single (Lot number: 9943) at the age of 84 years, in right arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. Concomitant medication(s) included: TDAP, on 30Mar2022; PLACID [ETOPOSIDE]; CRESTOR; METOPROLOL. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Dose: 3, Manufacturer: Unknown), for Covid-19 Immunization; Covid-19 vaccine (Dose:2, Manufacturer: Unknown, Primary immunization complete), for Covid-19 Immunization; Covid-19 vaccine (Dose:1, Manufacturer: Unknown, Primary immunization complete), for Covid-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: ORAL HERPES (non-serious) with onset 14Apr2022, outcome "not recovered", described as "Fever Blister, lower lip and gum". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of oral herpes with Zovirax. Other vaccine 4 weeks vaccine was on 30Mar2022, Left arm. No covid prior vaccination and no covid tested post vaccination.
