Symptomtext
Hives developed shortly after vaccine was given. Hives continued through the following day. On the day after vaccination, pt was sent to ED at Hospital because of coughing, vomiting, diarrhea. While there, he developed fever. The impressions listed on ED report were: urticaria, HSP, vomiting, and fever. He was started on steroids and continued on benadryl that parents had already started at home. He was discharged to home on a three day oral steroid course. He continued to have hives after discharge. I saw him in clinic for follow up on 8/3/22. He was back to normal state of health.
