After vaccine was given, it was discovered that it was 18 days before patient was eligible for it. Management was notified of error, CDC guidelines were looked up (did not need to repeat dose) and voicemail was left for patient's father. Management spoke with facility physician and patient's father when he called back. Dates of initial series were 12/2/21 and 1/27/22.
