The reporter is the patient. A 37 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm right, administration date 23Aug2021 (Lot number: FC3180) at the age of 37 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "maybe penicillin" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: known allergies: maybe penicillin. The patient took concomitant medications.
