My son received these vaccines on 03/09/2022 and on 03/20/2022, 11 days later, he had a febrile seizure. His fever reached 104.6 on this day and it came on very quickly. He has never had a seizure before this. It is now 03/24/2022, and while he has not had another febrile seizure, I am seeing issues in his balance, and his ability to pay attention/awareness of his space. He has moments of what appears to be spacing out for up to 30 seconds.

Chest pain, Shortness of breath, palpitation. This symptoms started around 12/08/2022 Multiple premature ventricular beats on EKG, every third beat was a premature ventricular beat, about 30-35/min. 2D Echo Mild TR Exercise Stress Test: ST Elevation in anterolateral leads, about 2 mm and upsloping I was traveling when symptoms started, did those tests while traveling on 12/10/2021. Premature beats, mild dull chest pain, palpitation, exertional shortness of breath are persistent. I have appointment with cardiologist on 01/12/2022.

Symptomtext

Pt got the flu vaccine at the pharmacy ar 13:06. Around 13:15 she started having tingling lips, a red swollen left arm and red face and chest. She reports that she had a reaction to a flu vaccine when she was a child but she doesn't remember it. was making her get the flu vaccine in order to keep working. She was monitored in clinic for about 40 minutes total and EMS was called as a precaution. She decided not to be transported and left in stable condition. Benadryl 25mg po was given in clinic.

Elevated heart rate. Resting heart rate normally 72. First identified elevated heart rate at noon the day after injection. Recorded at 105. At 9 pm measured at 86 bpm. Standing heart rate rose to 115 bpm at 9 pm. Lightheaded when standing. No other symptoms noted.
