really severe cold symptoms; fell like I might pass out; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of NASOPHARYNGITIS (really severe cold symptoms) and PRESYNCOPE (fell like I might pass out) in a 25-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 003BNA) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 06-Apr-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 07-Apr-2021, the patient experienced NASOPHARYNGITIS (really severe cold symptoms) and PRESYNCOPE (fell like I might pass out). At the time of the report, NASOPHARYNGITIS (really severe cold symptoms) and PRESYNCOPE (fell like I might pass out) outcome was unknown. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown. On the morning of 07-Apr-2021 the patient took Advil and a typical severe cold and cough medication. He's drinking a lot of water.
