a little difficulty breathing; sometimes feels weakness; sometimes feels dizzy; rash all over his body that eventually got a little worse/ initially had a very unusual spreading rash all the way from his ankles to his neck that looked like dots or small pimples or lesions; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of DYSPNOEA (a little difficulty breathing), ASTHENIA (sometimes feels weakness), DIZZINESS (sometimes feels dizzy) and RASH (rash all over his body that eventually got a little worse/ initially had a very unusual spreading rash all the way from his ankles to his neck that looked like dots or small pimples or lesions) in a 77-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. 037F21A, 004N20A and 004N20A) for COVID-19 vaccination. Patient had no allergies. Patient had never been diagnosed or tested positive for COVID-19. Previously administered products included for Product used for unknown indication: INFLUENZA VACCINE (Season Flu vaccine IM) in October 2021 and SHINGRIX. Past adverse reactions to the above products included No adverse event with INFLUENZA VACCINE and SHINGRIX. Concurrent medical conditions included Vision decreased (worsening). On 13-Jan-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) .5 milliliter. On 10-Feb-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) dosage was changed to .5 milliliter. On 07-Nov-2021, received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) dosage was changed to .25 milliliter. On an unknown date, the patient experienced DYSPNOEA (a little difficulty breathing), ASTHENIA (sometimes feels weakness), DIZZINESS (sometimes feels dizzy) and RASH (rash all over his body that eventually got a little worse/ initially had a very unusual spreading rash all the way from his ankles to his neck that looked like dots or small pimples or lesions). The patient was treated with TRIAMCINOLONE (topical) for Rash all over, at an unspecified dose and frequency. At the time of the report, DYSPNOEA (a little difficulty breathing), ASTHENIA (sometimes feels weakness) and DIZZINESS (sometimes feels dizzy) had not resolved and RASH (rash all over his body that eventually got a little worse/ initially had a very unusual spreading rash all the way from his ankles to his neck that looked like dots or small pimples or lesions) was resolving. DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS (normal ranges are provided in parenthesis if available): On an unknown date, Biopsy: no results from the biopsy was reported No results from the biopsy was reported and no results from the biopsy was reported No results from the biopsy was reported. No concomitant medication was reported. Patient stated that, patient went to a Medical Center for evaluation and was prescribed topical triamcinolone 0.1% cream and another unknown topical cream. However, the triamcinolone cream prescribed did not work. Patient stated, the rash has improved and was now on the legs and stomach only. Further patient jokingly stated that the patient sometimes had a little difficulty breathing and sometimes feels dizzy or weakness, but patient thinks that it was due to being older now. Patient has a dermatologist appointment scheduled for 02-May-2022 for another evaluation and opinion. The patient was prescribed with unknown topical cream.
