Symptomtext

Numbness of the second and third toes in the right foot; Pain then started from the left leg to the right leg/ 10 times more painful than the initial pain in the right leg or as pain in car wreck or exercise hurting; Patient could not bear any weights; Multiple inflammations; Needle-like pain starting from left foot, neck, back, right hip, right legs; On top of the existing right leg tingling sensation pain; Needle-like pain on back; Needle-like pain in neck; Needle-like pain starting from right hip/ hip lateral pain; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of INFLAMMATION (Multiple inflammations), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Needle-like pain starting from left foot, neck, back, right hip, right legs), WEIGHT BEARING DIFFICULTY (Patient could not bear any weights), HYPOAESTHESIA (Numbness of the second and third toes in the right foot) and PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Pain then started from the left leg to the right leg/ 10 times more painful than the initial pain in the right leg or as pain in car wreck or exercise hurting) in a 71-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. 040A21A and 006M20N) for COVID-19 vaccination. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. Concurrent medical conditions included Sjogren's syndrome, GERD and Hypercholesterolaemia (Cholesterol). Concomitant products included SIMVASTATIN for Cholesterol, PANTOPRAZOLE for GERD, CEVIMELINE for Sjogren's syndrome. On 16-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 16-Mar-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 11-Apr-2021, the patient experienced INFLAMMATION (Multiple inflammations), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Needle-like pain starting from left foot, neck, back, right hip, right legs), PARAESTHESIA (On top of the existing right leg tingling sensation pain), BACK PAIN (Needle-like pain on back), NECK PAIN (Needle-like pain in neck) and ARTHRALGIA (Needle-like pain starting from right hip/ hip lateral pain). On 20-Apr-2021, the patient experienced WEIGHT BEARING DIFFICULTY (Patient could not bear any weights) and PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Pain then started from the left leg to the right leg/ 10 times more painful than the initial pain in the right leg or as pain in car wreck or exercise hurting). On 16-May-2021, the patient experienced HYPOAESTHESIA (Numbness of the second and third toes in the right foot). The patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE (MEDROL DOSEPAK) from 11-Apr-2021 to 13-Apr-2021 for Pain, at a dose of 1 dosage form; PREDNISONE for Pain, at a dose of 10 mg twice a day; PREDNISONE for Pain, at a dose of 10 mg once a day; PREDNISONE for Pain, at a dose of 5 mg once a day; PREDNISONE for Pain, at a dose of 5 mg every other day; Physical therapy (Patient had to use a walker) for Pain in extremity and Physical therapy (Patient had to use a walker) for Arthralgia. At the time of the report, INFLAMMATION (Multiple inflammations), WEIGHT BEARING DIFFICULTY (Patient could not bear any weights), HYPOAESTHESIA (Numbness of the second and third toes in the right foot) and PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Pain then started from the left leg to the right leg/ 10 times more painful than the initial pain in the right leg or as pain in car wreck or exercise hurting) outcome was unknown and PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Needle-like pain starting from left foot, neck, back, right hip, right legs), PARAESTHESIA (On top of the existing right leg tingling sensation pain), BACK PAIN (Needle-like pain on back), NECK PAIN (Needle-like pain in neck) and ARTHRALGIA (Needle-like pain starting from right hip/ hip lateral pain) had resolved. Tingling sensation in the right leg; Pain in the right leg; Soreness; Joint pain; Pressure in head; Pain all over body; Drowsy; Pressure in head; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of SOMNOLENCE (Drowsy), the first episode of HEAD DISCOMFORT (Pressure in head), the second episode of HEAD DISCOMFORT (Pressure in head), PAIN (Pain all over body) and PARAESTHESIA (Tingling sensation in the right leg) in a 71-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 006M20N) for COVID-19 vaccination. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. The patient's past medical history included Herniated disc and GERD since an unknown date. Concurrent medical conditions included Cholesterol and Sjogren's syndrome. Concomitant products included SIMVASTATIN for Cholesterol, PANTOPRAZOLE for GERD, CEVIMELINE for Sjogren's syndrome. On 16-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 07-Mar-2021, the patient experienced PARAESTHESIA (Tingling sensation in the right leg) and PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Pain in the right leg). On 18-Feb-2021, SOMNOLENCE (Drowsy) had resolved.
