red/itchy rash at the injection; red/itchy rash at the injection; rash in the right arm; chills; Fatigue; Headache; Nausea; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of VACCINATION SITE PRURITUS (red/itchy rash at the injection), CHILLS (chills), FATIGUE (Fatigue), HEADACHE (Headache) and NAUSEA (Nausea) in a 78-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 007N2OA) for COVID-19 vaccination. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. No Medical History information was reported. On 27-Jan-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 27-Jan-2021, the patient experienced CHILLS (chills), FATIGUE (Fatigue), HEADACHE (Headache) and NAUSEA (Nausea). On 03-Feb-2021, the patient experienced VACCINATION SITE PRURITUS (red/itchy rash at the injection), VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (red/itchy rash at the injection) and VACCINATION SITE RASH (rash in the right arm). The patient was treated with PARACETAMOL (TYLENOL) at an unspecified dose and frequency. At the time of the report, VACCINATION SITE PRURITUS (red/itchy rash at the injection), CHILLS (chills), FATIGUE (Fatigue), HEADACHE (Headache), NAUSEA (Nausea), VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (red/itchy rash at the injection) and VACCINATION SITE RASH (rash in the right arm) outcome was unknown.
