Symptomtext
Pt to ED 9/23 for AMS and hypoglycemia. Pt COVID+ 9/23, on high flow non rebreather. 9/24 Pt denies any shortness of breath, on decadron. 9/25 pt alert & oriented x3, on 6L NC with continuous pulse ox on, VSS, denies any pain, no NVD. 9/26 sepsis BPA firing. Patient vitals are stable. 9/27 pt denies any complications with her breathing. 9/29 pt discharged.
