DOSE # 2 Felt fine for over 15 hours, then felt immediate exhaustion. Chills and cold for 5 hours Aching all over. Joints hurts, Then Fever of 100 for a few hours Dizziness All resolved within 24 hours except dizziness. This last 2 days.

Immediate post-injection reaction Injection site swelling Pain

Symptomtext

Injection administered high in left deltoid. I IMMEDIATELY felt medication being injected into arm with radiation of med up into anterior shoulder. This caused immediate pain. Swelling in deltoid that has continued for 6 days at time of completing this form Treatment has been OTC pain relief, tylenol, ice to area and rest with little to no improvements in symptoms Will f/u with primary Md when office reopens monday 2/15

Off label dosing frequency; Diagnosed with COVID; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer (subsequently medically confirmed) and describes the occurrence of COVID-19 (Diagnosed with COVID) and OFF LABEL USE (Off label dosing frequency) in a 68-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 010N20A) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 20-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 23-Feb-2021, the patient experienced COVID-19 (Diagnosed with COVID). On an unknown date, the patient experienced OFF LABEL USE (Off label dosing frequency). At the time of the report, COVID-19 (Diagnosed with COVID) and OFF LABEL USE (Off label dosing frequency) outcome was unknown. Not Provided DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS (normal ranges are provided in parenthesis if available): On 23-Feb-2021, SARS-CoV-2 antibody test: positive. For mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular), the reporter did not provide any causality assessments. Concomitant medications include medications for anxiety and peptic ulcer disease.
