About 3 months after my booster shot I had a routine tele-visit with my doctor where he told me that I have tested positive for Kidney Disease. On a grade scale of 0-6 I was at a 3. I have an intermittent pain on my left lower back.

Pains from the top of her shoulders to her fingers; Neck hurts; Upper arm hurts; Shoulder hurts; Lymph node hurts; Soreness of arm; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of PAIN (Pains from the top of her shoulders to her fingers), NECK PAIN (Neck hurts), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Upper arm hurts), VACCINATION SITE PAIN (Soreness of arm) and ARTHRALGIA (Shoulder hurts) in a 72-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 012N20A) for COVID-19 vaccination. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. Concurrent medical conditions included Type II diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Neuropathy. On 10-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 10-Feb-2021, the patient experienced VACCINATION SITE PAIN (Soreness of arm). On 14-Feb-2021, the patient experienced NECK PAIN (Neck hurts), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Upper arm hurts), ARTHRALGIA (Shoulder hurts) and LYMPHADENOPATHY (Lymph node hurts). On 28-Feb-2021, the patient experienced PAIN (Pains from the top of her shoulders to her fingers). The patient was treated with ASPIRIN [ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID] for Pain management, at a dose of 1 dosage form. At the time of the report, PAIN (Pains from the top of her shoulders to her fingers) and VACCINATION SITE PAIN (Soreness of arm) outcome was unknown and NECK PAIN (Neck hurts), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Upper arm hurts), ARTHRALGIA (Shoulder hurts) and LYMPHADENOPATHY (Lymph node hurts) had resolved. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown. No relevant concomitant medications reported.

Swollen Right Cheek after booster; Hard Nodule on the Right Cheek and the right corner of the lips after booster; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of SWELLING FACE (Swollen Right Cheek after booster) and NODULE (Hard Nodule on the Right Cheek and the right corner of the lips after booster) in a 58-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. 067H21A, 036A21A and 012N20A) for COVID-19 vaccination. The patient's past medical history included Dermal filler injection (Cosmetic Fillers in the cheek (Juviderm) 5 years ago) and Dermal filler injection (Cosmetic Fillers in lip) in June 2021. On 05-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 05-Mar-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 15-Dec-2021, received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 05-Jan-2022, the patient experienced SWELLING FACE (Swollen Right Cheek after booster) and NODULE (Hard Nodule on the Right Cheek and the right corner of the lips after booster). On 12-Jan-2022, SWELLING FACE (Swollen Right Cheek after booster) and NODULE (Hard Nodule on the Right Cheek and the right corner of the lips after booster) had resolved. No concomitant medications were reported. It was reported that their were no side effects after the first and second shot. About 3 weeks after the booster, the patient started having swollen right cheek, hard nodule on the right cheek and the right corner of the lips. Dermatologist told her about the drug interaction of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine with the dermal fillers and prescribed Steroids (unspecified). Swollen Right Cheek after booster/Swelling on her cheekbone went down after using the steroid after booster.
