My 70-year-old wife Received the 1st Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine on 1/17/21 from Lot 037K20A at the center. She has developed a rectangular red rash approximately 7cm by 2.5cm at her vaccination site on her right arm. The rash is slightly raised above the surrounding skin area and is warm to the touch.
