Patient complained at 5 pm of dizziness/burning of the throat, eyes and entire body fatigue 13 minutes after receiving the vaccine. Benadryl 25 mg by mouth given per protocols at 5:01 pm. patient transferred to the urgent care for further observation at 5:06 pm. Patient stable upon transferring from Covid vaccine clinic
