Patient experienced low grade fever of 101 F, nausea and diarrhea x 3 episodes, general feeling of moderate body aches, lightheadedness. Patient reported to local hospital ER (non-descript from patient) for care 03AUG2023 @ 05:00PM. Patient reports Treatment with moltrin and tylenol then, discharged at 02:00 AM 04AUG2023. He was given instructions to follow up with health provider. He followed up with Medical Clinic, vitals wnl and had 3 episodes of diarrhea since awaking at 07:00 AM 04AUG2023 and reports a 5/10 generalized pain throughout body. Patient discharged with no restricitions and counseled to return as needed if symptoms start to worsen again.
