The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, route of admin not reported, batch number: 180502, and batch number: 180502 expiry: UNKNOWN) dose was not reported, administered on 10-MAR-2021 11:20 for prophylactic vaccination. No concomitant medications were reported. On 10-MAR-2021, the subject experienced warm pain. On 10-MAR-2021, the subject experienced sun burned feeling at injection site. Symptomtext

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine EUA Nasty chills and fever started 10 to 12 hours after vaccination and continued through the night. By 24 hours after the shot, things improved. 24 to 48 hours better -- no chills/fever-- but still general fatigue. "less than 100%". 48+ still not fully recovered. Arm muscle still sore at injection site. Suspect will be better largely by tomorrow.
