first dose of Shingrix on 8/26/2020 and then the second dose was administered early on 9/27/2020; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 74-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 22N2D, expiry date 16-SEP-2022) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included VARICELLA ZOSTER VACCINE RGE (CHO) (SHINGRIX). On 27-SEP-2020, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 27-SEP-2020, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: first dose of Shingrix on 8/26/2020 and then the second dose was administered early on 9/27/2020). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was unknown. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 20-Jun-2023 The pharmacy manager called to inform that the patient received 1st dose and 2nd dose was administered early. The reporter asked if the patient needed with another dose. The patient received 2nd dose within one month from 1st dose, which lead to shortening of vaccinations schedule. The health care professional did not consent to follow up.
