Symptomtext
10 Minutes after receiving vaccine had dizziness, headache, nausea and not feeling well. Several hours later had w/ fever of 103 and redness/ swelling of vaccine site. Next day ( 6/18/2022) continued w/ headaches, dizziness, fever, nausea, and vomiting x 5 times. Next day (06/19/2022) still w/ same symptoms and vomited another ~5 times, fever persisted w/ last fever low grade to 100.4 on early 06/20/2022. Slowly other symptoms resolved with little nausea, dizziness and abdominal pain still present on 06/29/2022 Seen 07/01/2022 w/ cervical adenopathy Seen 07/05/2022 adenopathy improved with no other symptoms at all
