Symptomtext

Patient received 2 vaccines around 2:40pm , after 2-3 hours she was shopping at store and felt like she was going to faint. She fainted at the register and the ambulance took her to the hospital. She informed us of this on Sunday and said her blood pressure was 77/___. She couldn't remember the entire blood pressure. Per the patient, they gave her a bolus of saline. She told us the medical personnel thought she was dehydrated. She also informed us that she had only eaten 2 cookies that morning.

Symptomtext

Patient reported to me, she had trouble breathing in the 15 minutes wait time after receiving vaccine. she also had flushing. I did not see labored breathing and no swelling of lip or tongue. There was no sign of worsening symptoms. I did not give Epipen. I asked her husband to call 911. Paramedics came. Her Oxygen saturation was normal, blood pressure was 190/90, blood sugar 190. Patient was too weak to stand on her own and walk. They took her to the ER. The husband was with her the whole time

1)arm had two red bumps on injection site, no treatment, has decreased since then but is still a little tender 2)headache a day later, was on and off for 3 weeks, treated with tylenol and that helped

Symptomtext

Patient presented to clinic for an RSV vaccination as prescribed by her OB/GYN provider. She was given Arexvy. Being pregnant, she should have received Abrysvo. This vaccine was not available in the clinic. Experienced localized reaction - redness and sore at injection site. She is 34 weeks gestation. Due date is December 4, 2023
