Severe lymphadenopathy on the left arm (in the left axilla and left elbow crease) causing 10/10 pain and numbness/tingling radiating to the finger tips/lymphadenopathy on the nape of neck; Severe lymphadenopathy on the left arm (in the left axilla and left elbow crease) causing 10/10 pain and numbness/tingling radiating to the finger tips/lymphadenopathy on the nape of neck; Severe lymphadenopathy on the left arm (in the left axilla and left elbow crease) causing 10/10 pain and numbness/tingling radiating to the finger tips/lymphadenopathy on the nape of neck; Severe lymphadenopathy on the left arm (in the left axilla and left elbow crease) causing 10/10 pain and numbness/tingling radiating to the finger tips/lymphadenopathy on the nape of neck; I have lymphadenopathy on the nape of the neck, pressing forward compressing my throat causing difficulty swallowing and radiating tingling along bilateral shoulder blades; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 52 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 02Feb2021 15:15 (Lot number: 2N5318) at the age of 52 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Thyroid" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Thyroid; "Atypical Ductal Hyperplasia Of Right Breast" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Atypical Ductal Hyperplasia Of Right Breast. Concomitant medication(s) included: TAMOXIFEN; LEVOTHYROXINE. Past drug history included: Sulphur, reaction(s): "known allergies sulphur". The following information was reported: LYMPHADENOPATHY (non-serious), PAIN (non-serious), PARAESTHESIA (non-serious), HYPOAESTHESIA (non-serious) all with onset 05Feb2021 12:00, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Severe lymphadenopathy on the left arm (in the left axilla and left elbow crease) causing 10/10 pain and numbness/tingling radiating to the finger tips/lymphadenopathy on the nape of neck"; DYSPHAGIA (non-serious) with onset 05Feb2021 12:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "I have lymphadenopathy on the nape of the neck, pressing forward compressing my throat causing difficulty swallowing and radiating tingling along bilateral shoulder blades". Additional information: The patient was not received any treatment, Patient has not any vaccination prior covid vaccination, no covid tested post vaccination. Adverse event: Severe lymphadenopathy on the left arm (in the left axilla and left elbow crease) causing 10/10 pain and numbness/tingling radiating to the finger tips. In addition Patient have lymphadenopathy on the nape of the neck, pressing forward compressing her throat causing difficulty swallowing and radiating tingling along bilateral shoulder blades.
