Symptomtext
In the patient's own words: "Initially I had a sore shoulder. Subsequently, soreness would come and go randomly. And that would be once a week. May last 2 hours or 15 minutes - no pattern. And the soreness is in the same exact spot as the injection soreness. Within the last two months, random movement of my arm creates severe pain at the injection site and my arm becomes incapacitated. It can last 5 minutes or it can last an hour. Usually followed by achiness. Now it's getting worse and that's what's prompting this."
