administration of vaccines stored at 22F; This case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number ABX29BA, expiry date 30th May 2022) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included meningococcal B recom vaccine + aloh + omv pre-filled syringe device (Bexsero Pre-Filled Syringe Device) injection syringe for prophylaxis, Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number AMVA586A, expiry date 30th August 2022) for prophylaxis, DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 2NT2N, expiry date 7th May 2023) for prophylaxis, dtpa-ipv vaccine pre-filled syringe device (Kinrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device) injection syringe for prophylaxis, DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number 5S945, expiry date 6th April 2023) for prophylaxis, dtpa vaccine. pre-filled syringe device (Boostrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device) injection syringe for prophylaxis, DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number 7EC55, expiry date 29th April 2023) for prophylaxis, dtpa vaccine pre-filled syringe device (Infanrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device) injection syringe for prophylaxis, HBV (Engerix B) (batch number 77X47, expiry date 22nd December 2023) for prophylaxis, DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) for prophylaxis and dtpa-hbv-ipv vaccine pre-filled syringe device (Pediarix Pre-Filled Syringe Device) injection syringe for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Bexsero, Bexsero Pre-Filled Syringe Device, Menveo, Kinrix, Kinrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device, Boostrix, Boostrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device, Infanrix, Infanrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device, Engerix B, Pediarix and Pediarix Pre-Filled Syringe Device. On an unknown date, unknown after receiving Bexsero, Bexsero Pre-Filled Syringe Device, Menveo, Kinrix, Kinrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device, Boostrix, Boostrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device, Infanrix, Infanrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device, Engerix B, Pediarix and Pediarix Pre-Filled Syringe Device, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug. On an unknown date, the outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was unknown. Additional Information: Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 5-July-2022 Reporter's Comments: The medical assistant reported that the patient administered Bexsero, Menveo, Kinrix, Pediarix, Boostrix, Infanrix and Engerix-B which were stored at 22 degree Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Excursion occurred on 6th April 2022 and vaccines were administered until May 2022. The reporter consented to follow-up. Additional supportive Information: The vaccine were stored at 22 degree Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, not as per recommended storage condition, which led to incorrect storage of drug.
