Symptomtext

The patient reported a sore arm and malaise at 8pm following the vaccination. At 10:30pm, she awoke to use the restroom and felt weak and was stumbling to the toilet. She then crawled back to bed. She stated that she felt like she had a fever, very sore arm, headache and was nauseous. The following day her symptoms improved but she reported a headache and nausea at 5pm on 10/25/23.

After getting the vaccine, patient's blood pressure went up to 150-160 SBP for about 10 days. It has since gone back down to normal.

the administration of Arexvy 4 drops leaked through the needle; drops were in contact with patient?s arm; drops were in contact with patient?s arm; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete dose administered in a 76-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 324NX) for prophylaxis. On 31-OCT-2023, the patient received Arexvy. On 31-OCT-2023, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced incomplete dose administered (Verbatim: the administration of Arexvy 4 drops leaked through the needle), exposure via skin contact (Verbatim: drops were in contact with patient?s arm) and inadvertent exposure to vaccine (Verbatim: drops were in contact with patient?s arm). The outcome of the incomplete dose administered, exposure via skin contact and inadvertent exposure to vaccine were unknown. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 31-OCT-2023 The pharmacist called to report during the administration of Arexvy 4 drops leaked through the needle, so the volume of vaccine administered was unknown, which led to incomplete dose administered. The reporter mentioned drops were in contact with patient's arm, which led to exposure via skin contact and inadvertent exposure to vaccine. The reporter did not consent to follow-up.
