Patient reports feeling stable immediately after receiving the Shingrix vaccine. She began to feel dizzy and fatigued when she went to bed and also began to shiver uncontrollably. She was able to fall asleep, but woke up several hours later and continued to feel dizzy. When she woke the following morning still feeling dizzy and shivering. She sat down to continue resting and lost consciousness. She woke up on the floor. She states she had a mild injury and soreness to the hip and shoulder. Shivering, fatigue, dizziness resolved slowly throughout the morning.
