Symptomtext
Patient received his 2nd Shingrix vaccine on 12/8/21. 30 minutes to one hour after administration he experienced an adverse reaction. He was driving down the interstate and felt his heart rate decreasing, so he pounded on his chest. Following this sensation he had a syncopal episode that he believes to have lasted 3 to 5 seconds. He woke up and was still driving down the road. This did not occur again and he made it to where he was going. He reported other common sides effects in addition to this syncopal episodes. These were fever, chills, and malaise. Dr. reported this event to me the following day on 12/9/21.
