Dose administered in left thigh instead of deltoid; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of vaccine administered at inappropriate site in a 5-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5AY2NJ, expiry date 10-JUN-2024) for prophylaxis. On 08-MAR-2023, the patient received Kinrix (left thigh). On 08-MAR-2023, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced vaccine administered at inappropriate site (Verbatim: Dose administered in left thigh instead of deltoid). The outcome of the vaccine administered at inappropriate site was unknown. The Kinrix was given on left thigh instead of the deltoid, which led to vaccine administered at inappropriate site.
