OUR PATIENT RECEIVED THE RSV VACCINE (AREXVY) AND FLUZONE HD ON 10/19/23. HE RETURNED ON 10/24/23 TO LET US KNOW OF THE SIDE EFFECTS THAT HE EXPERIENCED WHICH WERE OUT OF THE NORMAL. HE SAID THAT LATER THE EVENING AFTER RECEIVING THE RSV VACCINE, HE EXPERIENCE A BRIEF PHASE OF BLURRED VISION AND PROBLEMS SEEING. HE ALSO NOTICED THAT HIS EYE WAS RED. THE BLURRED VISION GOT BETTER AFTER FLUSHING HIS EYES WITH WATER, BUT HE IS STILL EXPERIENCING A LITTLE REDNESS. HE ALSO WAS VERY FATIGUED AND WEAK WITH SOME PAIN IN THE SHOULDER AREA.

left axillary rash; heat rash; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of rash in a 66-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 5BN3T, expiry date 05-NOV-2024) for prophylaxis. On 19-SEP-2023, the patient received Arexvy (intramuscular, left deltoid). On 21-SEP-2023, 2 days after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced rash (Verbatim: left axillary rash) and heat rash (Verbatim: heat rash). The patient was treated with hydrocortisone cream and topical antibiotic (nos) (Antibacterial Soap). The outcome of the rash and heat rash were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the rash and heat rash to be related to Arexvy. It was unknown if the company considered the rash and heat rash to be related to Arexvy. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 29-SEP-2023 The reporter reported that the patient received Arexvy vaccine and he developed left axillary rash, which remains ongoing at the time of reporting. The patient reported that it looks like a heat rash. Patient had used hydrocortisone cream and washed with antibacterial soap, but the rash remains unchanged. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter. The reporter consented to follow up.

Patient called stating that on 09/08/2023 he received a flu shot and the RSV shot (Arexvy) and over the next couple days, he developed very painful "sciatica" pain in his low back and hip. He had never experienced this type of pain before. He stated it lasted approximately 3 weeks and then resolved. He did not seek medical care, just managed at home. Since he had never had the RSV vaccine before, and could not recall any other changes at the time, he thought it could have been an adverse reaction to the RSV shot and wanted to report to the pharmacy.

patient was given fluzone hd and arexvy vaccination on 9/26/23 and said she experience pain on left side of stomach and lower back pain, if laying down on left side she experience less pain, but if stand up or sitting up her pain increase . Patient informed also her blood sugars is high in the 200s and 300s in the last 2 days and she did not eat in the last 2 days. Her blood sugar is currently 313 advise her to go to urgent care or E.R. since her blood sugars high in last 2 days. Patient said she thinks the side effects may not be from the vaccines. The side effects were also reported by her friend who stated from the vaccinations , but patient states may not be from vaccination.

Patient called/talked with me in the morning around 10AM. She stated that she got the vaccine the previous day and around 4:30 in the evening she has aching all over body and she couldn't walk. However, She's feeling better at the time we're talking. I advice her that since she's feeling better, she can take some Tylenol to help with the aching, rest and drink plenty of fluid. I advice her to get medical help if she's feeling worse.

HUGE pockets/pouches of fluid under both eye. (roughly 1 inch long; 1/2 inch thick); Pt got the Fluzone HD and Arexvy at the same time. Pt has had the Fluzone HD for at least the last few years (4/2/20; 9/2/21; 10/17/22) and has had no issues. Vaccines given 9/15/23 @ about 11:15am. No issues until Saturday morning, but it was mild fluid up under the eyes. It was the same on Sunday. Patient woke up at 6am on Monday (9/18/23) and had the severe pockets of fluid. pt said he felt a little "woozie". pt was going to go home and take some benadryl. pt said he has never had any problems with a vaccine before.

Pt described feeling itching 3 minutes after vaccines was administered, I gave her 25 mg of liquid benadryl and asked her to sit for 15 minutes to be observed. She said this happens sometimes when she takes a vaccine and she usually takes benadryl before hand but this time she forgot. after 15 minutes she said the itching had subsided . She will follow up with doctor if the itching gets worse.

Got shot in left arm .Came home, looked in mirror left eye normal, went for walk, started feeling like something was stabbing me in eye. Came home looked in mirror and left eye tomato red. Thought I had pink eye. Went to Opthamologist next day and it was Intraoccular Pressure. Had pain in eye, left side headache, left nostril dripped for about 3 days, extreme light sensitivity. Have been on Prednisolne Acetate for 2 weeks> Have been to Opthomologist 3x so can monitor eye pressure. He believes it was from RSV Vaccinee

Pain (Soreness) at injection site, fatigue (weakness), headache, muscle pain, joint pain (flu like) for approx. 24 hours. Unusual for me as I have already had all (6) COVID) vaccines/boosters plus a course of Paxlovid with little to no such symptoms. I.e., I was surprised by the intensity of these symptoms. Still feeling some fatigue after 36 hours although other symptoms appear to have ended. I was especially surprised by sore calf muscles which were very sensitive as well as elbow joint pain which was rare if not unknown to me. Since the symptoms abated the following day I did not feel the need to visit a doctor. I did take some extra strength Acetaminaphen which helped.

On 28-SEP-2023, the patient received Arexvy (left deltoid). On 28-SEP-2023, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: patient is 30 year old and she was given Arexvy) and wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: went to pharmacy to receive RSV vaccine that is approved for a pregnant woman instead she was given Arexvy which is not indicated for a pregnant woman). I was administering the vaccine and at the last moment right before the needle was about to retract the patient jerked and the needle came out of her arm. She received most of the medication. But she didn't receive the last amount right before the needle retracts.

Had RSV vaccine on Sep.14 2023 pm . On Sep 22,2023 Smart Watch showed heart irregular rhythm (atrial fib) twice and then again 2 times yesterday and thus far none today. Pretty much feel fine and curtailed exercise .Will get appt to see cardiology and also inform primary doctor
