The reporter is the patient. A 81 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 22Feb2021 (Lot number: 6N6203) at the age of 81 years as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "known allergies: Kiwi" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: known allergies: Kiwi. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose Number: 1, Batch/Lot No: 6L8982, Location of injection: Arm Left), administration date: 01Feb2021, when the patient was 81 years old, for COVID-19 Immunization.
