Pain under and around the left breast; especially when I lie down. Dry cough. After getting up and walking around, the pain lets up a little, coughing up phlegm.

On 9/26/2022, I visited the ER. Labs were drawn; your system does not recognize that I am typing in information and attempt to log me off once and then totally. I had CBC, CMP, Chest X-ray, 12 Lead EKG, Procalcitonin test, and Troponin T. I will fax them. I can't continue to almost complete all of the test, and have the system terminate me.
