Symptomtext
TDap vaccination administered at prior command February 10, 2020. Within a few hours after vaccination, I reported to Medicine team that my arm was unusually sore and numb (tingly sensation). I was advised to give it a few days to subside. Numb/tingly sensation was sporadic (would come and go from time to time since then) in addition to crepitus of L shoulder. Once arrived at new/current command, after receiving the Influenza vaccination November 23, 2020, my L arm began to experience numb/tingly sensation, but more constant in addition to stiffness and increased crepitus. Since Influenza vaccination, my L arm has had constant tingly/numb sensation. I was seen January 2021 for the chief complaint and visit is noted in my record.
