Symptomtext
Patient reported he was experiencing mild nausea and arm pain shortly after receiving #1 Shingrix injection in the morning. He reports he started to feel progressively worse by 9PM and had increasing nausea and began sweating. He stood up from his couch to go to the bathroom and blacked out. He does not remember making it to the bathroom but woke up on the floor of his bathroom drenched in sweat and had lost control of his bladder. He believes he was passed out for 5-10 minutes. He went to sleep and woke up with mild nausea. He does not have a history of seizures or similar episodes like this in the past and was feeling well before receiving the Shingrix vaccine.
