Right arm hurt at Vax site and surrounding upper arm gradually worsening. By 48hrs, arm was tingling, intermittent numbness distally. Intermittently, pain would shoot down the arm to the wrist or up over the shoulder. This was intermittent with the arm feeling tired. At one week, phoned Health Center because it was not improving. Since 10/10/21, upper right arm pain. Intermittently the forearm has pain. On going, at present.

Nurse gave my flu shot in my left arm the injection burned going in. the next morning I was unable to use my arm due to the pain. as of today I 10/14/21 I can now use my arm but there is still some shooting pain and tingling . I reported Monday October 10/11/21.

Symptomtext

Presented to emergency department (ED) with 16week 2 day pregnancy, increased vaginal bleeding with clots and lower abdominal cramping. Started with vaginal spotting and bleeding at 14 weeks. LMP 11/9/2021. Had COVID-19 infection during first trimester. In ED BP 152/80, HR 96, afebrile. White blood cell count was elevated - 18,300. Pelvic examination revealed blood in the vault and fetal tissue at the cervical os consistent with a spontaneous abortion. Final diagnosis was spontaneous second trimester abortion.

Symptomtext

Patient began developing rash and reddness on left hand approximately 15-10 minutes after receiving vaccine. Vitals were taken with BP of 120/61 and pr of 85. Patient currently being monitored for 30 minutes. Patient was instructed to follow up with PCM regarding incident. Pt does not have any other symptoms. Pt states having rash from previous influenza shot, however this incident being less severe than the last.

Symptomtext

Pt received flu vaccine in a seated position. About 3 minutes later, pt reported feeling dizzy. Vitals were recorded, WNL. Dizziness worsened, pt was moved to supine position with feet elevated on chair. Pt became diaphoretic and reported feeling very sleepy. EMS called. Pt had trouble keeping eyes open. BP began to elevate to 150s/90s. EMS arrived on site and transferred pt to ED.

administrated a 2nd dose 24 days after 1st; This case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 8-month-old male patient who received Flu Seasonal QIV Quebec (FluLaval Quadrivalent 2021-2022 season) (batch number 9339n, expiry date 30th June 2022) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included flu seasonal qiv quebec pre-filled syringe device (Flulaval Tetra Pre-Filled Syringe Device) injection syringe for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included INFLUENZA VIRUS VACCINE INACTIVATED (FLULAVAL QUADRIVALENT). On 17th January 2022, the patient received the 2nd dose of FluLaval Quadrivalent 2021-2022 season and Flulaval Tetra Pre-Filled Syringe Device. On an unknown date, unknown after receiving FluLaval Quadrivalent 2021-2022 season and Flulaval Tetra Pre-Filled Syringe Device, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short. On an unknown date, the outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was unknown. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional details were provided as follows: The patient was administrated a second dose of FluLaval QIV, 24 days after the first dose of the vaccine, which led to drug dose administration interval too short. No further events were reported. Agreed to be contacted for follow-up.
