Vaccine on Fri. By Sat. afternoon I was so tired I slept 14.5 hours. Sun. morning my muscles and joints were so stiff and sore I could not walk. Headache. No energy. Gradually improved over the next 8-10 days. Left ankle still very sore. Let elbow so tender I cannot even rest it on a pillow. I've had Covid, boosters, flu & other vaccines, but never had anything hit me the way this RSV vaccine did. Wow! Q#17 asked for RSV (Abrysvo) or RSV (Arexvy). I don't know which this was, I just picked one. Q#20 asks for "Yes/No" answer. It's not just yes/no--just very gradual.

Medication leaked out during administration/leaked down the patients arm; Medication leaked out during administration/leaked down the patients arm; Medication leaked out during administration/leaked down the patients arm; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete dose administered in a 65-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number A7TN9, expiry date 22-OCT-2024) for prophylaxis. On 20-SEP-2023, the patient received Arexvy. On 20-SEP-2023, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced incomplete dose administered (Verbatim: Medication leaked out during administration/leaked down the patients arm), inadvertent exposure to vaccine (Verbatim: Medication leaked out during administration/leaked down the patients arm) and exposure via skin contact (Verbatim: Medication leaked out during administration/leaked down the patients arm).The outcome of the incomplete dose administered, inadvertent exposure to vaccine and exposure via skin contact were unknown. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 21-SEP-2023 The reporter reported that Arexvy leaked out between the needle hub and the needle when she pressed the plunger to administer the vaccine and the reporter noted the vaccine leaked down the patient's arm, which led to incomplete dose administered, inadvertent exposure to the vaccine and exposure via skin contact. No other details were provided. The reporter consented to follow up.

WHEN GIVING THE VACCINATION, LIQUID LEAKED OUT BETWEEN THE NEEDLE HUB AND THE LUER LOCK SYRINGE. WE BOTH NOTICED THAT THERE WAS WETNESS LEAKING DOWN HER ARM. AT THE TIME I DID NOT REVACCINATE. I VERIFIED WITH THE CDC THAT I COULD REVACCINATE AND CALLED THE PATIENT WHO WILL BE COMING IN NEXT WEEK.
