Symptomtext
Approx 15 minutes post vaccine patient sts he feels flushed with no other symptoms. 25 minutes post vaccine pt sts feels like it's hard to swallow, tongue is swollen and throat itches. Alert, oriented. No rash or swelling to face or neck noted. Tongue did not appear swollen. No shortness of breath. Pt appears anxious. Reports no pain. BP 110/palpation, HR 73, RR 20 oxygen sat 96%. EMS notified. Pt declined transport but may have been transported to the local hospital, of the . Unknown if wife drove him. Pt stated he wanted to go home to take some Benadryl which he takes for seasonal allergies.
