administered only the liquid adjuvant; administered only the liquid adjuvant; This case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number ANXA656A, expiry date 30th August 2023) for prophylaxis. On 8th April 2022, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo. On 8th April 2022, unknown after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered. On an unknown date, the outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were unknown. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 8-Apr-2022 Reporter's comments: The patient was administered with only the liquid adjuvant of the Menveo vaccine. The consent to follow-up was given.
