On 08/07/2023, as I was finishing a yoga class and was supine on the yoga mat resting, I suddenly felt overwhelming nausea and dizziness. I could not sit up. I vomited twice and began to shake violently, and my skin got clammy. EMS was called, and I had projectile vomiting in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
