acute sharp pain in lower rib cage , HR elevated to 150's while walking then went back down to 110 after 5-10 minutes , HR is now 92 ... and coolness in L arm for 10-15min He states he used marijuana an hour prior to the onset of these sx. Called his mother and was advised to call the COVID hotline and report RN recommended that he self monitor and to discontinue the marijuana for a few days to make sure that didnt exacerbate or cause the reactions. He was agreeable

Symptomtext

This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 72-year-old male patient received the first dose of BNT162B2 (Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, lot number: BN5318, expiry date unknown) in the School or Student Health Clinic, via an unspecified route of administration on 01Feb2021 at 00:15 on the right arm at a single dose for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included cardiac effusion and mild emphysema both from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Concomitant medication included ciclosporin (NEORAL), mycophenolate mofetil (CELLCEPT [MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL]) and losartan (manufacturer unknown). The patient previously took Cipro and tacrolimus and experienced allergies. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. The patient experienced low pulse and high blood pressure on 04Feb2021 at 09:00. The patient did not receive any treatment for the event. The outcome of the events was unknown. The events were reported as non-serious. Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19.

headache; chills; fever; sore muscles; This is a spontaneous report from contactable Consumer (patient).A 77-years-old (non-pregnant) female patient received BNT162B2 (COMIRNATY, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: BN5318 and expiry date was not reported) dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration in left arm on 12Feb2021 12:00 (at 77-years age) as a 2nd single dose for COVID-19 immunisation and received BNT162B2 (COMIRNATY, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EL8982 and expiry date was not reported) dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration in left arm on 22Jan2021 12:00 as a 1st single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient medical history included AFib and latex allergy. Concomitant medication(s) included rivaroxaban (XARELTO); flecainide (FLECAINIDE); amlodipine (AMLODIPINE). The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 13Feb2021 at 01:00 AM the patient experienced with headache, chills, fever and sore muscles. The patient had no covid tested post vaccination. The patient did not receive any treatment medication for the events. The outcome of the events was recovered.
