Pain in between shoulder blades, pain in right shoulder; Warmness in corner of the right eye.; Runny nose; Warmness in the right tricep; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 44-year-old male patient received a second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: BN6201) via an unspecified route in the left arm on 24Mar2021 at 08:30 (at the age of 44-years-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient had no medical history reported. The patient did not have any allergies to medications, food, or other products. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. Concomitant medications included difluprednate (DUREZOL) for unknown indication received within two weeks of vaccination. The patient did not receive any vaccines within four weeks prior to the COVID-19 vaccination. The patient previously took the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: EL9265) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 03Mar2021, as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. On 24Mar2021 at 19:00, the patient had pain in between shoulder blades, pain in the right shoulder, warmness in corner of the right eye, warmness in the right tricep, and runny nose. The events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, and the emergency room/department or urgent care. The patient did not receive any treatment for the reported events. The clinical outcome of the pain in between shoulder blades, warmness in corner of the right eye, warmness in the right tricep and runny nose was not resolving at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.
