Hives All Around Neck; Dull Headache; Indication/Chronic Bronchitis and COPD; Soreness in right arm; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable Nurse (patient herself). A 64-year-old female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot Number: BN6205, Expiration date: 30Jun2021) via an unspecified route of administration in right arm on 03Mar2021 at 10:00 AM (at the age of 64-year-old) as 2ND DOSE, SINGLE DOSE for COVID-19 immunisation (reported indication as chronic bronchitis and COPD) and the patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection, Lot Number: unknown, Expiration date: Unknown) via an unspecified route of administration in right upper arm on 10Feb2021 as 1ST DOSE, SINGLE DOSE for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient medical history included Chronic bronchitis and COPD from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing and concomitant medications were not reported. Prior Vaccinations within 4 weeks was none. Family medical history included that her son has a kidney diagnosis and immunosuppression and didn't develop a response to the measles, meningitis, or diphtheria vaccines, he did not develop an immune response. On 03Mar2021 (after the vaccination), the patient experienced soreness in right arm, dull headache on 04Mar2021, on 05Mar2021 at 1:30 AM hives all around her neck when she woke up and has had them all day which reported that she still had hives and worsened and Indication/Chronic Bronchitis and COPD on 03Mar2021 at 10:00 AM. The events didn't require a visit to emergency room/physician office. Caller stated that she wore a necklace but has worn it for 30 years and thought maybe she had been sweating and figured it'll go away in a couple of hours. The reported assess the relatedness of drug to reaction as unknown for dull headache, hives around neck and related for soreness in right arm. The reporter assessed all events as non-serious. The outcome of the events dull headache reported as recovered/resolved on 04Mar2021, soreness in right arm as recovering /resolving, hives around neck as not recovered/not resolved and Indication/Chronic Bronchitis and COPD as unknown. No follow-up attempts possible. No further information expected.
