Chills Injection site pain Myalgia

Symptomtext

Minimum soreness around injection site; Some chills; muscle ache; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (Patient) self-reporting. A 58-year-old female patient (who was not pregnant at the time of vaccination), received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: BNT162), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Right on 23Feb2021 as SINGLE DOSE for covid-19 immunisation. Patient did not receive other vaccine in four weeks of vaccination. Patient was not diagnosed with COVID, prior vaccination. Patient has not been tested for COVID, post vaccination. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On 24Feb2021 the patient experienced minimum soreness around injection site, some chills and muscle ache. The outcome of the event was recovered.

Face flushed, head felt full. Other than that nothing until we started home. Upper lip began to itch a little. A little itching around eyes. About an hour after, felt tightness in my throat and neck, glands felt swollen. Became slightly hoarse, had to clear my throat often. Felt a little like asthma attack. Have had similar reaction when eating seafood

Rash Rash macular

Symptomtext

Friday evening (Feb.5th) after taking off my socks saw I had a dark red rash around my ankles. It did not itch much. The next day on Saturday I had more red spots but not quite the same as around my ankles. More up my legs to my knees. This morning (Sunday Feb 7th) I now have more spots on my arms. These spots are not like the dark reds ones around my ankles. I also have a spot on my face. I went to the Urgent Care in my area and the opinion of the doctor on call these spots may be related to my vaccine even though it has been 2 and 1/2 weeks since I had the covid vaccine. Up until this eposide I have not had any reaction to the vaccine. They suggested I contact you with this information. I was given a Medrol Dose Pak for the rash. The doctor was not sure the vaccine was the cause of my rash. I would appreciate if someone would contact me and let me know if I should not take my next vaccine which is scheduled for Feb.10 at 9:45 AM.
