Symptomtext
EUA Pfizer -BioNTech vaccine 3 days after vaccine, patient complained about facial droop. She saw her PCP who diagnosed her with Bell's Palsy. She was prescribed acyclovir and prednisone. 4 days after the vaccine, she began to feel dry eyes, and difficulty swallowing. She was advised that symptoms will improve with time and steroids and to return to the ED if she experiences voice changed or cannot tolerate liquids.
