Symptomtext

Pt tolerated injections well then walked out of examination room with father to waiting area and sat down and within 5 min sank into his chair and his father had ahold of him so he did not fall out of the chair (pt may have lost consciousness for less than a min) when staff arrived to assist. pt's eyes were open and he was responding to staff. Father stated he has had this happen after having a blood draw before (staff was not informed of this ahead of time). Pt was walked with staff and father back into the examination room and laid down on exam room table for 15 min. Patient was talkative the entire time he was in the examination room and stated he felt fine. Pt was fine and able to leave walking out on his own with his father.

Symptomtext

After the vaccine, the patient developed a bruise on the inner left arm opposite side of arm from where vaccine was injected, electrical pulsating feeling in his palms intermittently, not healing as quickly as he was, had diarrhea for 2 days but none after that, and had spasms in his hands.

Symptomtext

pt was monitored for 10 min after vaccine. She had initially felt light headed so she laid down immediately following vaccine. She stated she felt fine and went to the clinic's checkout desk. At that time patient became lightheaded, felt very warm. she sat down and then passed out. She was pale and unresponsive with shallow breathing and a thready pulse. She started to regain consciousness with good breathing and strong pulse, then passed out again when transferred to wheelchair. After another 30 seconds, she regained full consciousness. Due to an abundance of caution, she was transferred to the emergency room where she was evaluated with CBC and BMP which were both normal. She was given one liter of fluid and monitored for approximately an hour before discharge home with mother.

Patient started shaking approx 1 hour after administration and site was very painful, denied fever,. Took Tylenol and went to bed. Developed nausea as well. Was better in the mornnig. No medical attention sought

Patient (no qualifiers provided) received meningococcal group B rlp2086 (MENINGOCOCCAL GROUP B RLP2086), administered in arm left, administration date 14Jun2021 (Lot number: CN1583, Expiration Date: Aug2022) as dose number unknown, 0.5 ml single for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious), VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "Left upper arm soreness and erythema". No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Fever of 104 degrees Fahrenheit; Muscle Aches; Nausea; Headache; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable healthcare professional. A 11-year-old male patient received meningococcal group b rlp2086 (TRUMENBA) dose 1, intramuscularly administered in deltoid right on 12Aug2021 08:15 (Lot number CN1583; Expiration Date: Aug2022, NDC number: 0005010005) as 0.5 mL, single for immunisation in physician office; diphtheria vaccine toxoid, pertussis vaccine acellular, tetanus vaccine toxoid (TDAP, Sanofi-Pasteur) dose 1 intramuscularly in left deltoid on 12Aug2021 (Lot Number: U6969AB; Expiration Date: 04Mar2023) at unknown dose for immunisation. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were reported as none. No Family Medical History Relevant to AE. The patient experienced fever of 104 degrees Fahrenheit, muscle aches, nausea, headache on 13Aug2021 with outcome of recovering. He also required a visit to the ER. Patient was admitted due to all of the adverse events listed. Nausea medication and ibuprofen or Motrin was given at the Emergency room. There was no admission to the hospital. Events were reported as medically significant. Patient's symptoms all started less than 24 hours after receiving the vaccine. The patient did not received any other vaccinations within four weeks prior to the first administration date of the suspect vaccine.; Sender's Comments: A possible contributory role of the suspect products cannot be excluded for the reported events based on the known safety profile The impact of this report on the benefit/risk profile of the Pfizer product is evaluated as part of Pfizer procedures for safety evaluation, including the review and analysis of aggregate data for adverse events. Any safety concern identified as part of this review, as well as any appropriate action in response, will be promptly notified to Regulatory Authorities, Ethics Committees and Investigators as appropriate.

Pain at injection site treated with ibuprofen. Intermittent itching on hands and face. Throat feels slightly swollen (not restricting breathing at this time). Itching feels similar to previous allergic reactions, although less severe.

10 minutes after patient received the vaccine she walking around the store with her mother became lightheaded and fell to the floor. Patient was transferred to a wheelchair by a store employee and was brought to TLC for further evaluation. No injuries or bruised noted, patient's mother declined EMS services, patient was able to walk out without difficulties
