Nauseous; Not sleeping; cough; Night sweat; Had no energy; High fever; Body ache; Headache; Little tired; Shaking; Feeling very sick/I do not feel good at all; Haven't eaten anything; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient herself). A 64-year-old female patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, formulation: solution for injection, Lot Number: CN6198, expiry date: not provided) via an unspecified route of administration, administered in left arm on 13Mar2021 as single dose (at the age of 64-year-old) for COVID-19 immunization. Patient medical history included blood pressure, depression, back pain (Tylenol for back pain) and covid-19 from Aug2020 to an unknown date. The Concomitant medications included amlodipine (AMLODIPINE) taken as 5mg, once in a day for blood pressure measurement probably about 10 years, start and stop date were not reported; mirtazapine (MIRTAZAPINE) taken as a 7.5 mg, once before going to bed for depression from Dec2020 to an unspecified stop date. Patient taken Atorvastatin 300 mg, once a day (Not appropriately clarified, hence not captured in tab) The patient experienced high fever, body ache, headache, Little tired, Shaking, feeling very sick/I do not feel good at all on 13Mar2021, Night sweat, had no energy on 15Mar2021, Nauseous, Not sleeping, cough on 17Mar2021- and haven't eaten anything on an unspecified date in 2021. Caller (female, 64 years old) reported getting first dose of PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE on Saturday morning, reported feeling very sick since then Stated: it almost like having Covid again, I had Covid back in August for a month and then I tested negative. I have continuing problem, so I have called a number on the sheet, that I got when I got my vaccination spoke to someone who took her all information and told her to call our number) Looking for information regarding her symptoms. Caller stated Saturday I was a little tired during the day, it wasn't normal, and went to bed around 10:30 and at midnight I woke up with the fever, I was shaking and I took two Tylenol and dozed back off, woke up about two hours later with another fever, I took one Tylenol because I know you can only take so many, woke up again several hours later and with the fever. Caller stated achy, similar to Covid symptoms, I had a cough (Caller cough while on the phone) and achiness, headache and Sunday night I had some fever, woke up a couple of times, and then Monday did not have a fever but was just achy, did not feel good and Monday night, I had a night sweats and yesterday, I'm working from home, because I am dealing with this side effects and this morning I have woke up and I am so nauseas and I talked to my doctor last night and he said that symptoms should eventually go away that most of the people have aches and pains or whatever, your body is reacting to the vaccine because you had covid but I just feel like 5 days of symptoms, I have never have heard of somebody having that long reaction. Any recommendations to help with symptoms. Caller stated I have never, I was not expecting this form the shot, I mean I am so nauseas today, nausea hasn't been this bad but today is just horrible, I haven't thrown up, but I feel like I want to, I haven't eaten anything, I just don't know what to do. Consumer stated, I have my first Pfizer Vaccine on Saturday morning, and I have been so sick. I have high fever, body ache, headache from Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and today is Wednesday. Is this normal, start date of adverse event. Due date of second shot consumer stated, 3rd April. Consumer stated the fever is gone, I had fever Saturday night Sunday night and then Monday night I had night sweat and I had no energy, just body ache and this morning I am just nauseous, I mean not sleeping. I have taken Tylenol. I have taken my blood pressure medication (Later clarified as medical history). Other medical condition: Consumer stated, I take an antidepressant before going to bed. I take Tylenol for my back pain. I have COVID in whole month of August. I had a pretty bad case of it, and I was tested negative in the end of August. I take 'Atorvastatin', 300 mg, once a day. (Not appropriately clarified, hence not captured in tab) Diagnosis date of depression and blood pressure: Consumer stated, I have been taking my blood pressure medication probably about 10 years and antidepressant since about December 20. Laboratory test Consumer stated, I do not feel good at all. I feel nauseated. Outcome of event: Consumer stated. Fever is gone, body aches are better after Sunday, Saturday, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, I heard people might feel better after couple of days, but 5 days is an awful long time, I almost feel like I have COVID again (Consumer was unsure). I talked to my doctor last night. Treatment: Consumer stated, He (Doctor) said eventually symptoms will go away, he didn't really have any answer and I don't think anybody have any exact answers because this is such a new disease. As there was no response from the other side call had to be disconnected. Hence limited information was available over the call. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included covid-19: negative on an unspecified date. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of high fever (pyrexia), body ache (pain), headache (headache), had no energy (asthenia), nauseous (nausea), not sleeping (insomnia).
