Symptomtext
I received my second dose on 3/30/21 around noon and was sick for a day (which I had expected) then recovered. I developed a rash on my stomach on 4/15/20, which I thought were bed bug bites. I put liquid benadryl on the spots and they dried up quickly. On 4/21/21 I went to urgent care because it started to feel painful (not so much itchy anymore) and I suspected it was shingles. Upon confirmation, I was diagnosed with shingles. She prescribed me a week?s worth of prednisone and gabapentin, which I have just began to take as of 4/22/21. I wanted to mention that I?m fine, it could have been much worse and I?d rather have shingles than covid anyday. I just was told to report the adverse effects. Thank you!
