Medical history included ongoing type 1 diabetes mellitus Verbatim: Type 1 Diabetes, ongoing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Verbatim: COPD, ongoing emphysema Verbatim: Emphysema, ongoing asthma Verbatim: Asthma, fatigue from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing.
